From our humble beginnings looking after just one block in manchester, we are going into our tenth year acting for a varied range of clients. From small block of 2 units to larger mixed development with estates. We give each client a tailored service to fit to their budget. 

Our Head office is in Warrington, this strategic location allows us to offer our services throughout the north west and farther afield. We aim to have a very hands on approach, many of the property managers doing the jobs themselves to understand exactly what is required. 

Our combined knowledge and expertise covers advice on service charge structure, budgeting, service charge collection and management, contractor procurement, health & safety, accountancy and surveying services; in other words a one-stop shop covering all aspects of Block and Estate management. We seek to provide the highest level of personal service which we are able to achieve through our commitment to the quality of our staff, their energy and dedication.

Transparency and meaningful communications along with agreed terms of service set by the client pave the way to a successful relationship.

We are the managing agent for a development of some 500 flats over 21 blocks and 400 private dwelling houses in Cheshire providing full a full maintenance contract, we take great pride in offering management that owners can depend upon, we are able to do this with our proactive hands-on approach to the day to day management of the development.

In addition to improving the environment around the developments we manage, we are currently on target to achieve savings in excess of 20% of the management budget.
